DeBottleneck is operated by Health Marketing, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through debottleneck.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, write to hello@debottleneck.ai.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a report or sign up for our emails, we collect your first name, your email address, and your answer to "Which best describes you?" When you book a Bottleneck Diagnostic, the booking and payment pages collect the details needed to schedule and pay for it. When you reply to our emails, we receive whatever you choose to write.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites and email tools, our systems record basic technical information, such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. Our emails contain a small tracking image and tracked links so we can see whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. Our signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which may collect information about your device and how you interact with the page.
How we use it
- To send you what you asked for, such as the report and the emails that follow it
- To send you our newsletter and occasional offers related to our services
- To schedule and deliver a Bottleneck Diagnostic you book, and to process its payment
- To answer your replies and questions
- To understand which of our pages and emails are useful, and to improve them
- To protect our forms and website from spam and abuse
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who helps us run this
We use trusted service providers that process information on our behalf, only to provide their services to us:
- Keap, to manage our contact list and send our emails
- Our website hosting provider
- LetsMeet, to schedule Diagnostic appointments
- Our payment processor, to accept payments (we do not see or store your full card number)
- Google reCAPTCHA, to protect our forms from spam
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you.
- Access, correction or deletion. Write to hello@debottleneck.ai and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are subscribed or while we have a business relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for records, legal and accounting purposes.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and emails are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
